Terms and conditions of sale - client agrees to these conditions once payment has been made via paypal

Price
 
Total Price the customer has to pay for this artwork is £330 this includes postage and packaging costs.£100 of this price is not refundable as this is a custom made order. £100 of the price is not refundable if customer cancels their order whilst the artist is creating the custom piece, or if the customer changes their mind and doesn't want the artwork when they recieve it . In the second instance the customer will only recieve a refund of £100. In the first instance the customer will not recieve anything as they will only have paid a £100 deposit which is non-refundable.

Delivery
 
Delivery will be made either by royal mail, or DHL, and a signature will be required upon delivery. The recipient is always encouraged to sign as "not checked" so it becomes easier to claim any compensation for delivery damage.
 
Returns and Refunds

There is a 7 working day money back guarantee from the date you received your artwork. Please notify me within this 7 working day period and a refund will be granted, once the artwork is sent back to me in it’s original form. Original form means that the artwork should be in the same state that I sent it to you, and must be packaged in a very secure fashion to ensure it reaches me in a suitable manner. If the artwork is not securely wrapped when it is sent back to me, and it becomes damaged in transit then you will not receive your refund. If the artwork is tampered with or damaged by the customer in any way, shape, or form then a refund will not be granted. The buyer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs, when sending the artwork back to me for a refund
