Terms and conditions of sale - client agrees to these conditions once payment has been made via paypal

Total Size -  6 times 40cm x 30cm x 4cm
Design: This has been agreed with the client and the artist through e-mail. Exact same design as shown in the photos, but each canvas will measure 40cm x 30cm x 4cm
 
Price
 
Price the customer has to pay for this artwork is $530 US dollars

$150 US dollars of this price is the deposit and is not refundable as this is a custom made order. $150 US dollars is not refundable if customer cancels their order whilst the artist is creating the custom piece, or if the customer changes their mind and doesn't want the artwork when I have finished it. In these two instances the customer will only receive a refund of $380 US dollars

If the customer recieves the artwork, and decides they have changed their mind, and they don't want the artwork, then the customer will only receive a refund of $275 US dollars. They will not get a refund of $150 USdollars deposit, and the $105 US dollars of the shipping costs, postage and packaging costs. If the artwork is recieved and it is damaged in transit, then customer will supply photographic evidence, and I will claim the money of Fedex, and then re-create another artwork for the customer and re-send it to them without any additional costs.

$105 US dollars is the shipping charge to the USA, customer agrees that this is not refundable as it’s the postage/shipping cost

Buyers have more protection from paypal than any other online payment scheme.

$275 US dollars remaining Payment plus $105 US dollars shipping charge to USA

Delivery
 
Delivery will be made by Fedex, and a signature will be required upon delivery. The recipient is always encouraged to sign as "not checked" so it becomes easier to claim any compensation for delivery damage.
 
Returns and Refunds

There is a 7 working day money back guarantee from the date you received your artwork. Please notify me within this 7 working day period and a refund will be granted, once the artwork is sent back to me in it’s original form. Original form means that the artwork should be in the same state that I sent it to you, and must be packaged in a very secure fashion to ensure it reaches me in a suitable manner. If the artwork is not securely wrapped when it is sent back to me, and it becomes damaged in transit then you will not receive your refund. If the artwork is tampered with or damaged by the customer in any way, shape, or form then a refund will not be granted. The buyer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs, when sending the artwork back to me for a refund
